Nick Frederick

Third-Generation Owner, Fredericks Floorcovering & Cabinetry
Nick is the third-generation owner of Fredericks, carrying forward a family business that has served the greater Cleveland area since 1960. Involved in the company since 2000, he brings extensive hands-on experience installing every type of flooring and cabinetry product we offer, along with strong technical knowledge of materials, substrates, and installation best practices. Customers know Nick for a fair, honest approach—clear communication, straightforward recommendations, and a commitment to quality work done right the first time. Outside of the business, he is a married father of two who brings the same values of integrity and reliability to everything he does.

Shannara Hall

Office & Customer Support, Frederick’s Floorcovering & Cabinetry
Shannara has been part of the Frederick’s team for the past two years, but her friendship with the Frederick’s family goes back a decade. With a background in banking and experience as a stay-at-home mom, she brings strong organizational skills and a people-first approach to her role. Shannara helps keep things running smoothly by managing customer communications, invoicing, scheduling, and helping customers navigate their flooring selections. Outside of work, she loves traveling and making memories with her husband and two children.

Max Albrecht

Sales Associate, Fredericks Floorcovering & Cabinetry
Max has been part of the Fredericks team since 2018. Before flooring, he worked as a photographer, dance instructor, and performer with the Cleveland Cavaliers Scream Team, and he brings the same eye for detail and people-first energy to every customer he works with. Max specializes in carpet and handles measuring, quoting, scheduling, and material sourcing, guiding customers through each step of their project from the first visit to installation day. A lifelong Cleveland resident, Max is proud to serve the community he grew up in.
